Application Consultant

What are you going to do?
You will be working within our IT Operations team. Your responsibilities include providing second line support for our Microsoft 365 environment and working closely with our partners in managing the SaaS applications in our landscape. Together with the Lead IT Ops, Cloud Engineers, Application Consultants and Servicedesk, we will ensure operational excellence for our end users. You will do this by applying internal (ITIL) processes, monitoring supplier service levels, and taking action where necessary to mitigate or resolve issues both internally and externally. In case of changes in your domain you will assist our Change Team and/or suppliers in making sure these changes take place as transparently as possible.

What are we looking for?

• A higher education degree (minimal HBO);
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience such as in the field of Functional Application Management and 2nd line IT Support;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online;
• Working experience with (Azure) Active Directory combined with a basic understanding of Identity and Access Management;
• Working experience with external SaaS providers and previous involvement in SLA and operational management of their activities;
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both speaking and writing at a professional level.

• Working independently and in a structured way is at your core and you are a reliable and dependable team member;
• Preferably, you have experience and knowledge of banking processes, laws and regulations within the financial services sector and/or knowledge of the mortgage domain is an advantage;
• Knowledge of AFAS and/or Hyarchis is an advantage.
